At The Sweet Spot, we take pride in delivering high-quality sweets and chocolates to our customers. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Missing Parcels
We only offer refunds or replacements for parcels that are confirmed lost or undelivered by the carrier. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@thesweetspot.com.co with your order number so we can investigate with the shipping provider.

Melted or Overheated Products
Due to the nature of our products, we are not responsible for any chocolate that melts or is damaged due to heat during transit. We recommend not buying any chocolate or products that will melt during warmer months as there is nothing us or our courier can do to prevent this. 

Return Conditions
We do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or incorrect upon delivery. In such cases:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Proof of damage (e.g., photos) is required.
